All information and data on the site, in any form (e.g. images, text, video, graphics and related html codes), are created for the purpose of communication at different levels: institutional, product, marketing, promotion and do not constitute in any way a commercial or fiduciary obligation between BBETTER and the user visitor.
The information and data on the site are the exclusive property of BBETTER srl and are protected by intellectual property rights. The contents may be used by the visitor for personal purposes but may not be duplicated and/or otherwise used for commercial purposes or for purposes other than the communication of BBETTER. None of the contents of the site may be included in communications, materials or products/services of other companies or professionals without the express permission of BBETTER srl.

BROWSING DATA
BBETTER, as Data Controller, collects and processes data coming from the Website for the following purposes
Operation of the Website’s management information systems and in the use of the Internet’s own communication protocols (this includes, for example, IP addresses, the domain names of the computers of users connecting to the Website, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment).
Monitoring the performance of the Site in order to further improve it.
Investigation of possible liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes committed against or through the Site.

BBETTER, as Data Controller, collects and processes user data from the website for the following purposes and legal bases:

In any case, except for the cases provided for by law, the data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months.
TREATMENT MODALITIES
The personal data collected by BBETTER are processed mainly with electronic or automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the provisions in force regarding security and confidentiality. Furthermore, the information systems and computer programs are configured to minimize the use of personal data and identification data that are not necessary for the specific processing purposes pursued.
TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Within the scope of the purposes described in this statement, BBETTER does not disseminate or transfer personal data collected to Third Countries, i.e. to countries outside the borders of the European Union
COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Personal data will be processed by BBETTER and by the internal staff appointed by the Data Controller (including the staff in charge of marketing, administration, customer service and management and maintenance of information systems, as well as of the Website’s IT platform), in relation to the above-mentioned purposes.
Without prejudice to the communications made in execution of legal obligations, for the performance of the processing activities described in this statement, BBETTER makes communications to external companies or entities:
service providers for the management and maintenance of the information systems and the website, for web hosting and delivery of electronic messages, for the storage and hosting of BBETTER’s computer data archives.
With reference to the scope of dissemination of the user’s personal data, the personal data collected by BBETTER will not be disseminated. It is implied that if the user decides to use the Website to knowingly disseminate his/her personal data on the Internet, such hypothesis does not constitute dissemination by BBETTER.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Right of rectification: the right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay, as well as the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration
Right to erasure: the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay in the event that
the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of processing
the consent on which the processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing

Right to object to processing: the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data which have as their legal basis a legitimate interest of the Controller.
Right of revocation: the data subject has the right to revoke their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal; before giving consent, the data subject shall be informed of this. Consent shall be withdrawn as easily as if it had been given.
Right to restriction of processing: right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing, in cases where the accuracy of personal data is contested (for the period necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data), if the processing is unlawful and/or the data subject has objected to the processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional recourse, a data subject who considers that the processing concerning him/her is in breach of the Privacy Law shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which he/she resides or habitually works, or of the State in which the alleged breach occurred.
