We’re the right mix of competence

WHAT?

There is no one-size-fits-all solution, but there are a number of approach techniques, which, if well combined, will definitely bring about a change in value.
Our method consists of 3 steps:

What

  • Listening: We listen to the client describing their business context, needs/problems. Objective: We understand processes, attitudes and beliefs towards their business. We identify the first answers to the questions "what?" and "why?".
  • Assessment: Initial workshop to collect information about the current company structure and existing macro processes. Objective: Analysis of the company structure and the processes/tools currently used.
  • Goals & Metrics: Workshop with management to clarify objectives, define the scope of the project and identify objective metrics against which progress can be measured. Goal: Define the client's wish and identify metrics against which the work can be evaluated.
  • Review & Planning: Sharing of the collected results and planning of the next phase "transformation" or "planning". Objective: Assessment of the initial situation (As-Is). In relation to the objectives, identification of the operational plan (To-Be).
  • Training: Presentation of the project and our approach with specific training. Objective: To get to know the members of the team and consequently start to know the client company from the inside.  Harmonise the correct mind-set of the people involved. Definition of a common vocabulary.
  • Loop Approach: The work will follow an iterative approach: apply the operational plan on a previously identified micro-objective. Objective: To apply the training and transformation plan to daily work.
  • Step-By-Step Change: We implement/coordinate/control the operational plan in a gradual and scalable way. Objective: To try to preserve the current company balances and track the results achieved according to the previously established metrics.
  • Inspect & Adapt: The aim is to monitor and analyse the planned work constantly in retrospective workshops of the work done, where improvement points are identified and corrective actions are taken. Objective: Verification of the work done and identification of corrective steps.
  • Evolve: The aim is to make the processes of the whole company as efficient as possible, eliminating waste and finding the best way to work as one team. Objective: Continuous optimisation of processes.
  • Training: The work carried out on individual teams will be extended to those not yet involved so as to have a cohesive process and collaboration of all the people working in the company. Training on new resources and tools in the company. Objective: Training disseminated to company levels not yet involved to extend the transformation and make it more effective. To make the resources involved more effective.
